UPICK

1. Download UPICK from the App Store or Google Play.

   • If the app is unavailable in your country's app market:

   • Android: Download the APK

   • iOS: Change app store location

2. Sign up using Email, Facebook, Kakao, Google, or Apple account. (Options may vary based on device or country.)

   • For email sign-up, enter your email and password. Other options skip these fields as they are linked to existing services.

3. Select a username.

   • Click "Check Duplicates" to ensure the chosen username is unique.

4. Entering gender and date of birth is optional.

5. Tap the plus circle icon next to "Please Select My Star."

   • Options include ARTMS, Loossemble, and Chuu.

   • Select the Upick symbol below one of your My Star options to make a Best Pick.

6. Agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.

7. Tap "Done" to complete the sign-up process.

Blue Jams (Free):

Blue Jams expire on the last day of each month (KST)

1. • In the "Item Shop," you can buy the 'Blue Jam Carry-over Extension Coupon' to keep your Blue Jams for an extra month. It costs 50 Pink Jams to do this.

Attendance:

1. Click the person icon at the bottom right.

2. Scroll down and click on the "Attendance Check" button.

3. Click on the current day to receive 10 Blue Jams.

   • After 20 days of attendance in one month, you will receive 1,000 Blue Jam.

   • The higher your account level, the more Blue Jams you can earn from attendance.

Watch Ads:

1. Click the person icon at the bottom right.

2. Select the orange store button on the top right.

3. Navigate to the "Blue Jam" tab.

4. There will be 3 video ad stations.

   • Each ad rewards you with 20 blue jams.

   • Watch up to 40 ads consecutively per station. After 40 ads there will be a 2-minute wait.

   • You can watch a total of 200 ads per day.

Random Box

1. Click the person icon at the bottom right.

2. Select the orange store button on the top right.

3. Navigate to the "Item" tab

4. Click the "Free" button under the Random Box section

   • You can use the Random Box for free once per day

   • Here are the possible rewards:

     • 5 Blue Jam

     • 10 Blue Jam

     • 20 Blue Jam

     • 50 Blue Jam

     • 80 Blue Jam

     • 100 Blue Jam

     • 200 Blue Jam

     • 10 Pink Jam

     • 100 Pink Jam

Pink Jams (paid):

1. Click the person icon at the bottom right.

2. Select the orange store button on the top right.

3. Navigate to the "Item" tab

4. Choose a package.

Pink Jams do not expire.

Monthly Pick:

• A category-specific popularity vote takes place from 1 pm (KST) on the 1st to the 20th (KST) of every month.

• Categories include:

  • KPOP Artist Boy

  • KPOP Artist Girl

  • Idol Rookie Boy

  • Idol Rookie Girl

• You can use either Pink Jams or Blue Jams for votes.

• 1st Place prize: COEX Media Tower (3 days)

• The top three placing idols in each category will be chosen for the Monthly Best Pick poll.

1PICK

• Votes are conducted for various topics. For example Birthday Polls

• Voting periods differ by topic.

• You can use either Pink Jams or Blue Jams in the votes.

• Every 1PICK has different rewards.

1. Tap the bottom button with the ballot icon.

2. Choose the voting category (Monthly Pick or 1Pick).

3. Locate the desired Loona member.

4. Click the heart button.

5. Enter the amount of Jams you want to use.

   • Note that some votes have a Jam minimum.

6. Click Confirm.

7. A pop-up titled "Cast your vote" will appear. Click Vote.

8. Another pop-up will confirm your voting completion. You can obtain a voting certificate to share on SNS; otherwise, click Confirm.
