MNET PLUS

1. Go to https://www.mnetplus.world, or download the MNET PLUS app on the App Store or Google Play.

2. Sign up using an email and password. 

3. Tap on "Communities" at the bottom of the screen.

4. Scroll down and tap on "MCOUNTDOWN."

5. Tap ‘Join’ to join the community.

Early voting: 

Early Voting occurs from Saturdays at 12am KST to Mondays at 11:59pm KST. 

1. Tap ‘PRE-VOTE | M COUNTDOWN’ in the 'NOW' section of the MCOUNTDOWN Community. 

2. Tap ‘Vote’ under the banner.

3. Find Loossemble and tap on their album cover.

4. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap ‘VOTE’.

5. Complete the captcha, then select ‘VOTE’ again. You can vote once per day (resets 12am KST).

Live Voting:

Live Voting occurs during the broadcasting of MCOUNTDOWN on Thursdays at 6pm KST.

1. Tap ‘live-VOTE | M COUNTDOWN’ in the 'NOW' section of the MCOUNTDOWN Community. 

2. Tap ‘Vote’ under the banner. 

3. Find Loossemble and tap on their album cover. 

4. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap ‘VOTE’. 

5. Complete the captcha, then select ‘VOTE’ again. You can only vote once.

Are there any points I need to collect in order to vote?

• No, you do not need to collect votes on MNET PLUS.

Can I make multiple accounts?

• Yes, you can have multiple accounts.

How many accounts should I have?

• You should have as many accounts as you can make. It is recommended to create at least ten accounts.

I got an error when trying to sign up for another account and/or when voting with multiple accounts. What should I do?

• If you are receiving an error when signing up for or voting with multiple accounts, change your IP location by using a VPN or switching from Wi-Fi to data, or by switching to a different device. 

• If you do not have access to a VPN, follow the steps below:

  • PC/TABLET INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Disconnect from Wi-Fi.

    2. Connect to your phone's data connection using Mobile Hotspot; Google your phone's model and "mobile hotspot" to learn how to do this (Example search: Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 mobile hotspot).

    3. Open incognito mode on your browser.

    4. Vote on 2 accounts. 

    5. Log out of your MNET account.

    6. Turn your phone on airplane mode and wait ten seconds.

    7. Turn airplane mode off and repeat steps 2-5 above.

  • MOBILE/PHONE INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Disconnect from Wi-Fi.

    2. Open the MNET Plus app.

    3. Vote on two accounts.

    4. Log out of your MNET account. Close the MNET plus app.

    5. Turn your phone on airplane mode and wait 10 seconds.

    6. Turn airplane mode off and repeat steps 2-4 above.

The pre-vote poll has started, but Loossemble isn't there. Is something wrong?

• Artists can only be nominated if they have begun promoting the song. 

• If the artist has not started promoting yet, and will not be attending M COUNTDOWN for the episode, they will not be included in the pre-vote poll.

The live vote poll has started, but Loossemble isn't there. Is something wrong?

• Only the top two artists are included for the live vote poll. 

• If Odd Eye Circle are not included in the live vote poll, this means that they are unfortunately not in the top two.

• If an artist is not in the top two, they are ineligible for a win on the episode.
