MNET PLUS

1. Download the MNET PLUS app on the App Store or Google Play.

2. Tap "MY" (bottom right corner).

3. Sign up using Google, Apple, Kakao, Line, or email/password.

4. Open the menu (top right corner).

5. Tap "Series".

6. Tap on the M Countdown poster.

7. Tap "Follow".

1. Go to the home page.

2. Scroll down to "Vote only on Mnet Plus!"

   • This section will only be visible when there is an open poll.

3. Tap "Vote Now" on the poll.

4. Tap the song you are casting your vote for.

5. Tap "Submit Vote".

Are there any points I need to collect in order to vote?

• No.

Can I make multiple accounts?

• Yes.

How many accounts should I have?

• As many as you can handle.

It's not letting me vote on more accounts. What do I do?

• Use a VPN if you can.

• If you can't use a VPN, follow the steps below:

  • PC/TABLET INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your device.

    2. Connect to your phone with Mobile Hotspot. Google how to do this if you need to.

    3. Open incognito mode on your browser.

    4. Vote on 2 accounts. 

    5. Turn your phone on airplane mode and wait 10 seconds.

    6. Turn airplane mode off and repeat steps 2-5 above.

  • MOBILE/PHONE INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Turn off Wi-Fi on your device.

    2. Open the MNET Plus app.

    3. Vote on 2 accounts.

    4. Log out of your MNET account. 

    5. Close the MNET plus app.

    6. Turn your phone on airplane mode and wait 10 seconds.

    7. Turn airplane mode off and repeat steps 2-6 above.

What if we're not in the M COUNTDOWN pre-vote?

• That means the artist has not started promoting their song yet.

What if we're not in the M COUNTDOWN live-vote?

• That means we're not eligible to win.
