Amazon Music Digital Store
This guide to purchasing on Amazon Music is specifically intended for individuals residing in the United States or Puerto Rico, as it is made for the purpose of charting on the Billboard charts.
If you are located in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you are welcome to follow these instructions as the Amazon Music Digital Store is available in your country.
Before Release
If you have not already, make sure that you have added a payment method to your Amazon account.
Go to Amazon.com
Click on the top right where it says "Hello <Name> Account & Lists"
Then click "Your Payments"
Then you will be taken to a page where you can either redeem an Amazon Giftcard or add a different payment method.
If you plan to purchase music across multiple platforms, make sure each account has a unique:
Email address
Payment method
Billing address
IP Address
Upon Release
Before going to Amazon Music, change your IP Address.
Do NOT use a VPN. Read how to change IP address on the bottom of this page.
Go to https://www.amazon.com/music/player/albums/B0CYPT6WYC using a web browser or phone browser, as downloading songs is not supported on the Amazon Music app.
Next to each track, click on the three dots.
A small menu will appear, select “Buy MP3 song”. DO NOT PURCHASE THE ALBUM!
A pop-up titled “Review MP3 Purchase” will appear. Click “Buy MP3 song - Pay Now”.
You will be directed to the payment page. Ensure that your payment method is different from those used on other platforms.
Download the song to ensure it is counted.
Repeat these steps for each individual track until you’ve downloaded all tracks on the album.
If you're unable to afford downloading the full album, downloading just the “Virtual Angel” track still contributes. Every bit of support counts!
Tracks purchased cannot be downloaded on iOS; they must be downloaded either via a computer or an Android to count towards the Billboard 200 Chart.

How to Change Your IP Address on Mobile and PC
Use this website to see your IP address before and after making changes to ensure it's different.
On Mobile:
Disconnect from Wi-Fi
Go to your mobile device's settings and disconnect from any Wi-Fi networks.
Enable Airplane Mode
Open your device's settings.
Find the "Airplane Mode" option and turn it on.
Wait for 30 Seconds
Leave Airplane Mode on for at least 30 seconds.
Disable Airplane Mode
Turn off Airplane Mode in your device's settings.
Check IP Address:
After disabling Airplane Mode, your mobile device should have a new IP address.
On PC (Using Mobile Hotspot):
Connect Your Phone to Your PC:
Plug your phone into your PC using a USB cable.
Enable Hotspot:
On your phone, enable the mobile hotspot feature.
Follow Mobile Steps:
Repeat the steps mentioned earlier for changing the IP address on your mobile device.
Check IP Address on PC:
After completing the steps, your PC should now have the new IP address from your mobile device's hotspot.
Please keep your mobile device connected to the PC until you've finished closing all necessary applications or processes that require the IP address change.
