1. Download Star Planet from the App Store or Google Play.

   • If the app is not available in your country's app market:

     • Android: Download the APK

     • IOS: Change app store location

2. Sign up using ifree, Google, Kakao, or Apple (iPhones only).

3. Verify your email address.

   • New accounts get 100 free Heart Jellies.

Note: This step is optional.

1. Tap the 3 lines on the top left of the screen.

2. Tap the plus to the right of 'MY STAR'.

3. Choose ‘Female Artist” at the top of the screen.

4. Find and tap on the group your bias is associated with.

   • ODD EYE CIRCLE: Kim Lip, Jinsoul, Choerry

   • LOONA: Heejin, Hyunjin, Haseul, Yeojin, Vivi, Yves, Chuu, Gowon, Hyeju (listed as Olivia Hye)

5. Find your bias and tap the heart. You may only choose one ‘MY STAR’ at a time.

💜 Heart Jelly (Free, expires every 16th of the month at 4am KST):

• Watch ads
  Task length: 5 minutes

  1. Tap the charge button on the top right of the screen.

  2. Watch video ads for 5💜 each.

     • You can watch ads 10 times per day for a total of 50💜 per day. 

     • Ads reset at 12am KST.
       
       

• Complete missions (Android Only)
  Task length: Varies

  1. Complete Buzzvil and/or Tapjoy missions. 

     • Follow the instructions for each task. 

     • Only complete tasks where you don’t need to submit personal information.

⭐️ Star Jelly (Paid, does not expire):

• Purchase Star Jelly

  1. Tap the heart with the lightning bolt on the top right of the screen. 

  2. Tap ‘Paid Charging’ on the top left of the screen. 

  3. Choose a ⭐️ package.

     • Some packages will also include bonus 💜.

     • ⭐️ cannot be used to vote. They must be converted to 💜.

1. Wait until the poll you are voting on is open or about to open. Do NOT convert your ⭐️ to 💜 until you are ready to vote.

2. Make sure you are on the home page.

3. Click the three lines on the top left corner of the screen.

4. Tap "My Jelly."

5. Tap "Convert Star Jelly -> Heart Jelly."

6. Convert as many ⭐️ as you plan to use to vote. 

   • 1 ⭐️ = 2 💜

Early Voting: 

Early Voting occurs from Fridays at 8pm KST to Mondays at 2pm KST. 

1. Tap ‘The Show Early Vote’ on the home screen when it has the purple ‘LIVE’ banner. 

2. Find the artist and tap the heart. 

3. Use the slider to choose how many votes to cast. It costs 10💜 per vote. You can vote an unlimited number of times. 

4. Tap the check next to ‘I agree to use Jelly for voting’. 

5. Tap ‘Vote’.

Live Voting:

Live Voting occurs during the broadcasting of SBS MTV THE SHOW on Tuesdays from 6:05pm KST to 7pm KST. 

1. Tap ‘The Show Live Vote’ on the home screen when it has the purple ‘LIVE’ banner. 

2. Find the artist and tap the heart. Use the slider to choose how many votes to cast. It costs 100💜 per vote. You can vote up to five times. 

3. Tap the check next to ‘I agree to use Jelly for voting’. 

4. Tap ‘Vote’.

1. Tap the 3 lines on the top left of the screen.

2. Tap the cog on the top right.

3. Click the log out button.

When can I start saving Heart Jellies for the comeback?

• You can start saving 💜 on the last 16th day of the month before the artist's first eligible pre-vote of the comeback. 

  • Example 1: The artist's first eligible pre-vote starts on August 19th. You may start collecting 💜 after August 16th at 4am KST.

  • Example 2: The artist's first eligible pre-vote starts on March 1st. You may start collecting 💜 after February 16th at 4am KST.

• ReOrbit will always post the exact dates you can begin collecting votes on our social media!

How many Heart Jellies should I save?

• You should always save a minimum of 500💜 per promotional week to vote in the live vote.

• The pre-vote is unlimited, so after you have collected and saved 500💜 for the live vote, you should spend as many 💜 as you can on the pre-vote.

The pre-vote poll has started, but Loossemble isn't there. Is something wrong?

• Artists can only be nominated if they are attending the episode the pre-vote is for. 

• If the artist is not attending, they will not be included in the pre-vote poll.

The live vote poll has started, but Loossemble isn't there. Is something wrong?

• Only the top three artists are included for the live vote poll. 

• If the artist is attending The Show, but are not included in the live vote poll, this means that they are unfortunately not in the top three.

• If an artist is not in the top three, they are ineligible for a win on the episode.

My Heart Jelly is about to expire, but there isn't a comeback right now. I don't want to waste my Heart Jelly, so what should I do?

• You can vote for your bias on the Star Charts.

• Note that we typically do not recommend voting on this poll as it is incredibly difficult to win. However, if your Heart Jelly would expire before the next release anyways, you may use your Heart Jelly here.
