NAVER NOW

1. Download the Naver NOW app on the App Store or Google Play.

2. Tap the profile icon on the top right corner of the screen.

3. Tap "Log in with NAVER."

4. Sign up or sign into your NAVER account.

1. Tap on the "Search" button on the bottom right corner.

2. Search "NPOP."

3. Tap on any video or the NPOP icon (it is similar to how YouTube's app works).

4. Tap "Subscribe."

1. On the homepage, scroll along the main banner until you find "NPOP."

2. You can also find the livestream by tapping "Subscribe" on the bottom menu, then tapping the livestream.

NPOP live-voting is a monthly poll used to help determine winners for NPOP's monthly chart. It occurs when the show airs (Last Monday of the month, 8pm KST)

1. Access the livestream for NPOP's live episode.

2. Below the video view, tap on the hourglass icon to vote.

3. Look for the artist you are voting for, then tap "Vote."

Are there any points I need to collect in order to vote?

• • No, you do not need to collect votes on Naver NOW.

How much can I vote?

• • You can vote once per episode, per account.

Can I vote on multiple accounts?

• Since you will need to verify your phone number, the number of accounts you can make is limited to the amount of phone numbers you have.

• If you would like to have more than one account to use, we suggest asking friends and family to make an account with their phone number.

Doesn't NPOP have pre-voting? Where do I find it?

• Pre-voting is hosted on the standard NAVER app.

The live vote poll has started, but the artist I'm looking for isn't there. Is something wrong?

• Only the top five artists are included for the live vote poll. 

• If the artist is attending NPOP, but are not included in the live vote poll, this means that they are unfortunately not in the top five.

• If an artist is not in the top five, they are ineligible for a win for the month.
