1. Go to https://naver.com to sign up, or download the NAVER app on the App Store or Google Play.

2. On the mobile app, tap "Na." on the top right corner of the screen, then tap "로그인하고 시작하기" (Login and get started), then "Sign up."

3. Sign up with a username, password, and phone number. 

1. Click or tap on the search bar on NAVER's home page.

2. Search "NPOP."

3. Tap on NPOP 홈페이지 (Homepage).

NPOP pre-voting is a monthly poll used to help determine winners for NPOP's monthly award. It starts one day after the previous month's live episode and ends nine days before the current month's live episode (Last Monday of the month KST)

1. On the NPOP homepage, scroll down and click/tap the green and blue button that says "투표하기" (Vote).

2. Scroll down the chart until you find the artist you are voting for.

3. Click/Tap on the artist, then select "투표하기" (Vote).

4. You will see a pop-up message that says "Do you wish to vote for [ARTIST]? You can only vote once per day." Click/tap on "확인" (Okay).

5. If your vote has gone through successfully, you will see a message at the bottom of your screen that says "Your vote is complete! Please join us again tomorrow."

Are there any points I need to collect in order to vote?

• • No, you do not need to collect votes on NAVER.

How often can I vote?

• • You can vote once per day, per account.

Can I have multiple accounts?

• Since you will need to verify your phone number, the number of accounts you can make is limited to the amount of phone numbers you have.

• If you would like to have more than one account to use, we suggest asking friends and family to make an account with their phone number.

Doesn't NPOP have live voting? Where do I find it?

• Live voting is hosted on Naver's livestreaming app, Naver NOW.
