How to Create an Account
Download ALLCHART from the App Store or Google Play.
Click the three lines in the top right corner.
Select "Login."
Click "Join our app."
Enter your ID, password, name, and nickname.
Click the double-check button next to the ID and Nickname text boxes to ensure they are available.
Agree to the terms and conditions.
You can create and collect on multiple accounts
How to Collect Hearts
Hearts expire 90 days after collection
Verify Email*
Tap the profile icon at the bottom left.
Tap the pencil icon next to the profile picture.
Select "Enter additional information and take heart."
Enter your gender, date of birth, and verify your email to receive hearts.
*There are known issues with this at the moment. Email verfication not sending. If it doesn't work for you, you can try again later.
Watch YouTube Videos
Tap the heart icon at the bottom.
Tap the YouTube logo.
A list of videos will appear.
Tap on a video.
Stay on the page until the 50-second timer reaches zero (You do not have to actually watch the video).
Once the timer is done, a new message will appear at the bottom. Tap it.
You will be taken back to the heart collection page, and you will have earned 2 hearts.
How to Vote
Music Bank BPM
Music Bank BPM is a popular vote where fans vote for their favorite stage of the week. Artists must have attended and performed to be nominated. The criteria is based 100% on votes. During the voting period, there is a phase where votes are hidden from fans. This is called the Blind Period.
Voting Period: Right after Music Bank broadcast every Friday - Next week Thursday 5pm KST
Blind Period: Every Tuesday 5pm KST - Immediately after Music Bank Broadcast
Voting Limits: There is no limit to the amount of votes you can vote per day.
Click the voting icon at the bottom.
Find and tap on the Music Bank BPM section.
Select the poll with the green vote label.
Find the artist you wish to vote for.
Tap on the artist you wish to vote for.
Tap the vote button under their picture.
A pop-up will appear; select the free hearts to use.
Enter the number of votes you wish to cast (1 vote = 5 hearts).
Tap the vote button to confirm your vote.
You can get a voting certificate by tapping the ribbon icon under the vote button on the artist page.
How to Log Out of Your Profile
Tap the 3 lines on the top left of the screen.
Tap "Log out"
