1. Download BigC from the App Store or Google Play.

   • If the app is not available in your country's app market:

     • Android: Download the APK

     • IOS: Change app store location

   • Alternatively, use the BigC website, but note that you can’t watch ads or complete missions there.

2. Sign up using Google, Facebook, Kakao, Line, or Email.

1. Go to your profile (top right corner).

2. Tap your name (above your email).

3. Tap "Register Invitation Code.

4. Enter the invitation code and tap "Apply".

BIGC Gems (Free, expires one year after collection):

Attendance Check:

1. 1. Go to the home page.

   2. Tap the "CHOICE" button (bottom).

   3. Tap "Free Gems". 

   4. Tap "Check" next to "Attendance" once per day.

Check out invitation events:

1. Go to the home page.

2. Tap the "CHOICE" button at the bottom.

3. Tap "Free Gems".

4. Tap "Visit" next to "Check out invitation events" once per day.

Watch Ads: 

1. Go to the home page.

2. Tap the "CHOICE" button at the bottom.

3. Tap "Free Gems".

4. Tap "View" next to "View Video Ads".

   • You can watch up to 3 ads per every 10 minutes.

Complete Missions:

1. Go to the home page.

2. Tap the "CHOICE" button at the bottom.

3. Tap "Free Gems".

4. Tap "Take on" next to "Easy Missions (Global)".

5. Pick a mission to complete.

6. Complete the mission(s).

Visit BIGC's SNS:

1. Go to the home page.

2. Tap the "CHOICE" button at the bottom.

3. Tap "Free Gems".

4. Tap "visit" next to "Visit BIGC's SNS"

   • You do NOT need to follow the account.

5. Return to the app and collect gems.

Buy Royal Gems:

6. Go to the home page.

7. Tap the "CHOICE" button at the bottom.

8. Tap "Buy Gems".

9. Choose a ROYAL GEM package.

1. Go to the home page.

2. Tap the "CHOICE" button at the bottom.

3. Find the poll and tap on it.

4. Look for the artist you are voting for.

5. Tap the “Vote” button next to the artist.

6. Choose how many votes to cast.

7. Tap "Vote". 

Can I use multiple accounts?

• Yes.

When do (free) BIGC Gems expire?

• One year after they are collected.

Do (paid) Royal Gems expire?

• No.
