💟 Fan Points (free, expires 180 days after earned):

• Watch ads

  1. Go to the home page.

  2. Tap "Collect Fan Points to Vote!".

  3. Scroll down and tap "Watch Video Ads" up to 30 times per day.

• Complete tasks on tin

  1. See the tin guide for more details.

• Watch rewarded ads

  1. Tap the shop symbol (bottom right).

  2. Scroll down to "Rewarded ads".

  3. Tap on all the videos and complete the task(s).

• Complete missions

  1. Tap the shop symbol (bottom right).

  2. Click "Participate in missions".

  3. Pick a mission to complete.

  4. Complete the mission(s).

💎 Gems (paid, expires 5 years after purchased):

1. Go to the home page.

2. Tap "Collect Fan Points to Vote!".

3. Tap "Gem" (top right).

4. Choose a 💎 package.

Note: Please remember to spend responsibly. There is always a chance that we could lose.

1. Tap the checkmark (bottom middle).

2. Find the poll and tap on it.

3. Tap the ticket next to the artist you are voting for.

4. Choose how many votes to cast.

5. Tap "VOTE".

Can I collect on multiple accounts?

• Yes, on up to 7 accounts per day.

When can I start saving 💟?

• Start saving up to 180 days before the comeback. 

How many 💟 should I save for Inkigayo pre-voting?

• Save at least 1,500 💟.

Why can't I find the Inkigayo live vote or Hot Stage polls?

• Those polls are hosted on Higher.

My 💟 is about to expire and I have nothing to use it on, what do I do?

• If a Loona member is nominated in a themed poll, you can vote there.

• You can also just let them expire.
