1. Download WhosFan from the App Store or Google Play.

   • If the app is not available in your country's app market:

     • Android: Download the APK

     • IOS: Change app store location

2. Tap the profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

3. Tap "Please log in" at the top of the page.

4. Sign up using Kakao log-in.

   • If you have signed up Whosfan using Kakao before,  you may receive a pop-up asking you to switch to an ID(Email)/PW login. Press the X at the top right corner of the pop-up, as this step is optional and very buggy. You will be logged in immediately, and you will not need to follow the rest of the steps in this section.

   • If you have not signed up for Whosfan using Kakao before, or you do not have a Kakao account, you will need to sign up using the steps below. If you need a Kakao account, check out our Kakao Guide here.

5. If you are signing up for Whosfan for the first time, you will receive a pop-up asking you to link a Whosfan account. Tap "OK."

6. Tap "Sign Up."

7. Agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.

8. Ensure that the email is correct, then complete the verification process.

9. Create and confirm a password.

   • Your password must be 6~12 characters long.

   • Your password must include at least 1 English character.

   • Your password must include at least 1 number.

   • Your password must include at least 1 of the following symbols: _   !   @   &   *   /   ?

     • Note: ONLY the symbols listed above are permitted. Other symbols, such as #, +, %, $, or ~, are not permitted. If you are having trouble creating a password, make sure that ONLY the eligible symbols are included.

10. When you see "You have successfully registered," tap on "OK." You should see your profile or a log-in screen.

11. If you are brought back to the log-in screen instead of your profile, enter the email and password you just used, then tap "Log in."

    • • Alternatively, you can go back out to the SNS selection screen and sign in with Kakao again.

12. You will know you have successfully logged in if you see your profile at the top of the screen.

1. Select the person icon located at the bottom right.

2. Choose "edit profile."

3. In the "Referer code" section, tap and enter our code: EJJ96590

Attendance Check:

1. 1. Click the 'HMA' heart button at the bottom.

   2. Hit "Check in for attendance."

   3. Scroll to find "Get Check-in HMA Tickets" and click it.

   4. Confirm your attendance in the pop-up alert.

      • Attendance resets daily at 9 am KST.

      • You will receive bonus voting tickets after 6 consecutive check-ins.

Missions:

1. Click the 'HMA' heart button at the bottom.

2. Click "Take part in a simple mission."

3. Different missions in Korean will appear.

4. Different missions will give a different amount of voting tickets.

   • Enable app tracking in your device settings if needed.

Watch Ads:

1. Click the 'HMA' heart button at the bottom.

2. Click "Go Watch a Video."

3. Watch an ad to earn 1 voting ticket.

   • There are no restrictions on the number of ads you can watch each day.

WhosPang Game:

1. Click the 'HMA' heart button at the bottom.

2. Click "Play Whospang Game."

3. Game will open in mobile browser.

4. Change language to English or Spanish by selecting the "KOR" button on the top right.

5. Click "Play Game" and follow the rules:

   • When you align 3 characters in a row, they turn into a star.

   • If you align another row within 3 seconds right after completing one, you get a Star Combo.

   • Create as many stars as possible to get the highest score.

   • The time limit is 1 minute.

6. Watch an ad to add 15 seconds after 1 minute.

1. 5. After the game ends, click the 'Open Spaceship!' button to see how many 'HMA Voting Tickets' you will receive. 

      • The number of tickets ranges from 1 to 30 and is randomly assigned.

   6. Press 'Go Get Reward' to receive tickets. It will open Whosfan.

      • If redirected to the app store, open Whosfan from there, then return to the web browser and click the pop-up again for correct registration.

      • There are no restrictions on the number of times you can play each day.

2. Click the "Move to the Credits & Voting Ticket Exchange" button.

   • Exchange options

     • 3 HMA Tickets = 300 Whosfan Credits

     • 10 HMA Tickets = 900 Whosfan Credits

     • 30 HMA Tickets = 2,600 Whosfan Credits

     • 50 HMA Tickets = 4,150 Whosfan Credits

     • 100 HMA Tickets = 8,000 Whosfan Credits

Note: You cannot convert gold credits into HMA Tickets. Do NOT buy gold credits with the intention of using them to vote in this event.

Watch Ads:

1. Click the 'HMA' heart button at the bottom.

2. Click the "Move to the Credits & Voting Ticket Exchange" button.

3. Go to the free charging tab.

   • Station 1

     • 1 ad = 10 credits.

     • Watch 10 ads per hour (100 credits per hour).

     • 240 ads per day (2400 credits per day)

   • Station 2

     • 1 ad = 10 credits.

     • Watch 1 ad every 10 minutes (60 credits per hour).

     • 114 ads per day (1140 credits per day)

   • Station 3

     • 1 ad = 5 credits.

     • Watch 1 ad every 2 minutes. (150 credits per hour)

     • 720 ads per day (3,600 credits per day)

Missions:

1. Click the 'HMA' heart button at the bottom.

2. Click the "Move to the Credits & Voting Ticket Exchange" button.

3. Go to the free charging tab.

4. Different missions in Korean will appear.

   • Different missions will give a different amount of credits.

   • Enable app tracking in your device settings if needed.

1. Tap the star icon at the bottom of the screen.

2. Choose the "31st Anniversary HANTEO MUSIC AWARDS" section.

3. Locate the Female Rookie of the Year vote.

4. Within the poll, locate and select Loossemble.

5. Confirm the number of voting tickets you want to use.

• After our own thorough analysis, both Odd Eye Circle & Loossemble scored similarly in the Global Hanteo category in the criteria.

• ARTMS will have a chance next year for the same award.

• Therefore it is most fair to focus on Loossemble for this vote.

• Winning entirely depends on an extremely large vote margin and a favorable judge score, with only the vote being within our control.

• Therefore ‼️DO NOT SPLIT VOTES.‼️Concentrate all support on Loossemble for them to have a chance.
